The first thing you need to think about is the time of year you will get married. It will not be a good idea to have a beach wedding in winter. It is very true that it will be a better option to have the event in summer. This is because you would like to enjoy the beautiful and sunshine when you are planning for a beach wedding. To this end you should think about the weather. It can be a real problem if it rains. One of the ways to deal with this problem is to get a venue with a covered space. In this case your plan will not be totally ruined. On the other hand, you may also consider renting some marquees so that you can have a shelter in case it rains.

The marquees do not only help when it rains, it also helps when there is excessive sunshine. Excessive sunshine can also be a problem when you are hosting your beach wedding. As a result, you should try to rent some marquees if covered space cannot be provided in your selected wedding venue.

You will also need to think about the photography and videography. One thing you may not be aware is that the lighting condition will affect the quality of the photos and videos very much. You will need to advise your photographer well before your wedding so that they will bring along with their lighting equipments if it is necessary. Remember, your wedding photos and videos are very important in a sense they will capture all the memories on your big day. You should take extra care about them and you should arrange everything you need about your wedding photos and videos in advance so that you will be able to make sure that there will not be any problems about your photos and videos on your big day.
