Substantial Grant To NRHA Is A Good Thing For First Time Home Buyers

The NRHA, Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority, will receive funding to assist first time home buyers who are in the low to moderate income level. The Virginia Housing Development Authority announced over $13 million in funds.
