Everyone’s talking about this thing called ‘altering consciousness.’ But what does it all mean? Some say it means improving our IQ or memory or sleep patterns. Is Yoga meditation practical in nature or theory? Can someone in university study Yoga, and know about Yoga or see the benefits? Can reading a good book make us experienced at Yoga?
