People use Daily affirmations to focus on the Universe and the Divine Presence that we are tied to. We can begin to experience the life that we desire by focusing our intentions on positive affirmations every day.

Set aside fifteen minutes a day to focus on your affirmation statements, it is best to do it in the morning so that you can start the day out right. As you read the affirmations, allow your thoughts to become lighter and engage a higher presence to hear you, keep your mind free of clutter and other thoughts that might hinder your daily affirmations.

It has been found that individuals who start out each day with positive statements are more focused and uplifted throughout the day, even though some say that positive affirmations are a waste of time.

You will see a difference in your life when you use affirmations on a regular basis- you will have less stress, better health and a positive outlook. We are able to stay well balanced as we affirm to our own well being, it is a matter of consciously engaging a powerful force to assist us in our lives.

It is no secret that many people fighting life threatening illnesses are encouraged by many in the medical profession to use daily affirmations to help our bodies get better. Many studies done throughout the years cannot deny that the use of positive affirmations will make significant changes in not just our health, but also our whole outlook on life.

There is a lot of stress in the world today. Stress not only puts us on edge, it leads to high blood pressure and other illness when stress begins attacking the body. Stress is one of the major factors that can lead to addiction and alcoholism. Positive daily affirmations play a large role in relieving the stress that can build up.

Scientists studying quantum physics have discovered that we live in a world of intent. Our realities are created as we think about the things that we desire– whether they be positive or negative. We attract things into our lives related to our thoughts, dwelling on negative thoughts will only bring you more of the same. The Law of Attraction supports this view, and we begin to live our lives in negative ways and think more negative thoughts.

Using the Law of Attraction to break the cycle, we can experience more abundance and happiness in our life by using positive daily affirmations. It is the way things work: like attracts like. Take control of your life and manifest positive experiences by using positive statements every day.

But what if you don’t believe that daily affirmations will work for you? That’s ok, you only need to be open to trying something new. As you move through the motions of using positive statements every day, within a few weeks you will notice positive changes occurring in your life.

Think of your daily affirmations as meditations. All you need to do is focus on your affirmation statement, letting it become you. Repeat the statement, focus with intent on it. Many people that use their affirmations in the morning almost plan their days by them.
