Leads could eventually turn into sales. Here are few sample goals below:
-Always do preshow marketing, let the attendee know exactly where in the convention hall you will be

-Have some sort of strategy to measure your leads, this should be linked to your marketing plan
-One should now have an exhibit booth built around the marketing plan you have in place. Do not put the horse before the carriage. Marketing plan first then trade show booth
-In relation to your booth theme, make sure and provide giveaways. Do not give-away items unrelated to your booth theme or your company product. IPods giveaways will not do if you make car rims
-Place all show service orders prior to any discount deadline. The savings are worth it-its a gift take advantage of it
-Try to send your booth direct to show site warehouse, it cost a little more on the drayage but it world out better by having your booth waiting for you on the floor as oppose to waiting on it to set up
-Make sure your company name and graphics are well done, this can be one of the worst thing to have on the show floor, make it powerful and full of life
-Trade shows can be fun, Loosen up and make it fun. There are lots of interesting forks to meet and make deal with
Follow up your trade show leads at the ends of the trade show. Try t o schedule more than one trade show a years if not to meet and mingle but to at least keep your company name in the market, out os sight out of mind
