Myspace Generators and Sick Stuff - Yah Baby Yah!
August 6, 2008
It is very easy to spice up your MySpace page to make it as unique and reflective of your personality as possible. Myspace is, after all, the most popular social networking site on the internet and you’ll need to look good for the prom (so to speak). Your MySpace profile should represent you so your friends can have a good idea of who you are and your interests.
Thankfully, there are literally millions of different backgrounds and graphics for you to choose from: checkered layouts, polka dot layouts, celebrity layouts, sports layouts, religious layouts, and of course the always popular glitter graphics! If you can’t find one you like then use a layout generator to create your own customized layout (see last paragraph for details) . No matter what personality you have, you will find or create layouts and themes to match your MySpace profile.
Once you discover a pre-made or generated MySpace layout that you want to put on your page, you will see a long code underneath it. All you have to do is copy the code, and then paste it in your “about me” section and save! That’s all there is to it. You can to do the same thing with all the other pre-made stuff such as banners, tweaks, games, contact tables and graphics that you find. They will more often then not, have the related code underneath the item.
There are new MySpace trends that are becoming very popular. For instance, many people now like to insert premade comment codes, whore me codes, buy me codes, hiding friends lists and quiz apps. The whore me code generators are fun to post as a bulletin. You encourage your friends to share your profile with their friends.
The whore me and buy me codes are fun to try if you want your MySpace page to become more exposed. A comment box is a fun thing to have so that your friends can leave anonymous random messages. You can also add a music play list of all your favourite songs to share with your friends. It will give your audience more music variety when visiting your page.
Speaking of friends, another popular MySpace trend is using a ‘hide friends code’ which will hide your friends list. Some people like using a hide friends code because that way there isn’t any favouritism amongst friends for the top eight. Is it also a good idea for protecting your friends identities.
If you ever have trouble getting the code for your layout to work, a lot of MySpace sites offer extensive help. You can also use a code generator to enter specific attributes yourself, such as the layout color, the text, and even the scrollbar! The generator will then give you the exact coding to use based on the attributes you entered.
There are many sources out there that will help you make your MySpace page look sick (sick in a cool way)!
