Your Belly Is Not The Place For Flab - Learn Why

Let’s get straight to the point. Reason number one is as follows. Did you know that belly fat is extremely bad for your health, in actual fact it is worse for you than the fat around your butt and thighs.
Having additional belly fat forces the liver to work overtime releasing fatty acids. This in turn causes your cholesterol level to increase. The cholesterol, in turn, increases your chances of developing diabetes, heart, disease, and high blood pressure.
Belly fat can be stubborn as we all know, so you may have to trick the body a little in order to get rid of it. You see the body stores fat as energy for the future, it does this to protect itself against starvation.
So you need to engage in certain training in order to burn more energy and not reach a plateau where the body becomes familiar with the routine and therefore starts to store the fat once again. One of the best training techniques to accomplish this is interval training.
But that doesn’t mean losing belly fat means losing a fighting battle. Interval training, or exercise or caloric adjustments done in short, spaced-out bursts, can “shock” the body in continuing to use the excess body fat as energy. This does not mean binge eating or weeks of being a couch potato.
That’s where interval training comes in to play. Interval training means switching up your exercise training or short breaks between exercise periods to “shock” your body into using its stored energy and preventing it from reaching a plateau.
As you can see, the constant struggle to lose belly fat is not a figment of your imagination. There are biological reasons for it being more difficult. However, that doesn’t mean it’s impossible.
